Warranty Policy

1. Products are warranted for 2 years (table) and 1 year (chair) from the date of delivery.

2. Customers please provide the Delivery bill when in need of product warranty.

3. Products are warranted when termite, mold, warping, ... (or other problems due to the manufacturer's fault).

* Note: Warranty is not accepted in the following cases:

1. The product is not stored indoors.

2. User intentionally or intentionally damages the product.

TIME TO COMPLETE PRODUCT WARRANTY

Depending on the current status of the defective product, KOHAFU will determine a suitable recovery time for customers, we will try to complete it as soon as possible. About 5 - 7 working days after the company receives the product warranty, not including shipping time.

Service time for customers: from Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 to 17:00.
